A little know fact is that putting on your Steele Cooling Vest, or pre-cooling your body core, prior to engaging in exercise will enhance your exercise experience.  Since people with MS are often heat sensitive many times they are not encouraged to engage in any activity that might raise their internal temperature.  This is totally counterproductive as many many studies have shown the tremendous benefits of a regular exercise program for people with MS.  Solution?  Put your Steele Cooling Vest on at least 15 minutes prior to engaging in exercise.  The pre-cooling effect will last throughout a typical 15-30 minute exercise session.  Here is a link to the abstract of a recent study on this topic.
